Tax the Bastards!

So the Brits are cracking down on anti-social behaviour, according to Steve.

Well, I reckon it's about time Big Brother did something about these dickheads who persist in using their mobile phones in trains as if the carriage was an extension of their office, annoying the rest of the occupants in the process.

There's something about mobile phone conversations in confined public places that is very distracting and downright anti-social. I like some personal space during my commuting time, some freedom to contemplate, read or doze without the annoying behaviour of mobile phone dickheads who seem oblivious of their rudeness.

So, I propose a new tax. Let's call it the Mobile Phone Dickhead Tax (MPD Tax for short). Every time one of these selfish bastards uses a mobile phone in a dickhead-like manner, an omnipotent being from the tax office will transfer money from their account and credit it to an appopriate worthy cause. Funds for musical scholarship, for example. Something aurally uplifting to redress the imbalance. Naturally, the tax would be imposed by the second.
