Trains, wonderful trains!
There's something very wrong when one spends close to five hours commuting in order to be at the office for eight hours.
So, now that I'm home, I just want to say that the trains suck!!!
There, that's better.

Come on Keith, let the demons out. SHOUT it! THE TRAINS SUUUUUUUUUCCK! There; now we both feel better, and I didn't even catch a train today.
