Sleepy

I'm tired. I keep nodding off. Perhaps it's the wintry weather or the fact that I'm run down. In any case I must give myself a decent chance to rest over the next week or two.

Yes, for me the early darkness in the evening makes me unusually sleepy. Hope you revive soon.

Alan: I can assure you that I left the youngsters partying and took the soft option of an early sleep at home each night.

Neville: I've fuelled up on a large cappuccino from along the street. So far it's keeping me awake today.
