Off to RailsConf in Portland!

Yes, tomorrow I fly out from Sydney with my mate Matt to attend RailsConf in Portland, Oregon, USA.

We'll have a few days of sightseeing before the conference begins. I've heard nothing but good things about Oregon so I'm very much looking forward to that. Naturally I'm also relishing the opportunity to meet other Rails professionals at the conference and learn as much as I can from the speakers. However, with up to six concurrent sessions, it is going to be difficult to choose!

Anyway, time for supper and a snooze before the long journey...
